Welcome to the Department of Public Safety's registry for Persons of Interest. While they are in our database and often observed because of frequent proximity to superheroic events, this should not imply that they are the cause of, or participants in, these events. All Persons of Interest that become suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
